I fired a rifled slug out of the 20g shotgun I’d harvested so many ringnecks with and had 3 take off in a bush right next to my head. I think I’m still a little hard of hearing from the experience

I’ve got 2 of these traps and I would not recommend them. They do work with small mice and don’t injury the mouse when going in, however they kill the trapped mice because it is too confined without enough air flow. The mouse very quickly dies of suffocation and stress sweat dehydration. I’ve since drilled many more breathe holes in my traps, but still it is necessary to get the mouse out as soon as possible or it will die. Secondly if the mouse climbs on it the trap will trigger and close the door - even if empty. You’ve then wasted 24 hours. There are better traps on the market.

Hope my accuracy improves. Shot probably a 1000 pellets or more through my Gamo swarm hornet 22 and haven’t cleaned it once. Groups are all over the place now. Just bought some of these cleaning pellets and going to give them a try.

I'm using a similar style trap to the one shown in your video and have caught 1 squirrel in it, though there is still another 1 squirrel about that is not going into the trap, I know this as I it is still digging holes and burying nuts in our garden. Would I need to relocate the trap to another part of our garden or do something to clean the scent of the previosu caught squirrel from the trap in order to catch the other one? TIA

I used these many yeara agon in a webley vulcan mk 2 , they shot fantastic, but couldnt use them.throuvh a silencer cus of the sabot itself, stopping in there when they opend to release the pill itself
